Terms of Service

For the GTM MCP application. Effective August 23, 2026.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of GTM MCP, an application operated by Vitality Marketing Firm. By authorizing GTM MCP to access your Google account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not authorize the application.

2. The service

GTM MCP is a private tool that connects to the Google Tag Manager API to audit and configure Tag Manager containers on behalf of authorized users. It is provided to Vitality Marketing Firm personnel and to clients under an active engagement with Vitality Marketing Firm. It is not a public or self serve product.

3. Your responsibilities

You must have the right to grant access to any Google Tag Manager account or container you connect.
You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use to authorize the application.
You must not use the application to access containers you are not authorized to access, to interfere with the service, or to violate any law or the Google Tag Manager terms.

4. Authorization and revocation

Access is granted through Google OAuth and can be revoked by you at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Vitality Marketing Firm may suspend or terminate access at any time, including when an engagement ends.

5. Changes to containers

GTM MCP can create, modify, publish and delete Tag Manager configuration. Changes are made at your direction or at the direction of the Vitality Marketing Firm personnel assigned to your account. You are responsible for reviewing changes and for maintaining your own container versions and backups. Tag Manager retains version history, and prior versions can be restored from within Tag Manager.

6. No warranty

The application is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. Vitality Marketing Firm does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted or error free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitality Marketing Firm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or related to your use of the application.

8. Privacy

Handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
